Woodfield Development has completed Tides at Palm Bay, a $100 million, 318-unit mixed-use project in Palm Bay on Florida’s Space Coast. The development includes studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments with rents starting at $1,600 per month and reaching up to $4,200. The project also features 19,000 square feet of commercial space. The community is located in Palm Bay, a city with a population of about 50,000 people, roughly 25 miles east of Cape Canaveral.

The apartments at Tides at Palm Bay include amenities such as a resort-style pool, fitness center, outdoor kitchen and grills, fire pit, dog park, and a courtyard with central green space. A lounge with gaming areas is also part of the offering. The development is designed to cater to a range of residents, from young professionals to families.

The project team included general contractor CBG Building Co., architecture firm Charlan Brock Architects, and interior design firm ID & Design International. Construction began in early 2025, with the project reaching completion ahead of schedule. The development is expected to generate over 500 construction-related jobs during its build-out phase.

Tides at Palm Bay is part of a broader trend of mixed-use developments along the Space Coast, which has seen increased investment in housing and commercial spaces in recent years. The project is located near major highways, including State Road 520 and U.S. 1, providing easy access to nearby cities like Melbourne and Titusville.
