Woodfield Development has finished construction on Tides at Palm Bay, a $100 million mixed-use project at 2485 Port Malabar Blvd. NE in Palm Bay. The development includes 318 luxury apartments, townhomes, and 19,000 square feet of commercial space. The project marks Woodfield’s growing presence along Florida’s Space Coast. Ross Abramson, a Woodfield partner, said the completion reflects the company’s focus on Palm Bay’s expansion. 'Delivering this project on time highlights our commitment to supporting the rapid growth of the Palm Bay-Melbourne area,' Abramson said. 'Palm Bay is central to our expansion, and this investment reinforces our commitment to the region’s bright future.'

Palm Bay, which is now the 15th largest city in the U.S., has seen rapid population growth in recent years. Tides at Palm Bay offers studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units with rents ranging from $1,600 to $4,200 per month. Units feature open-concept layouts, private balconies, and premium finishes like stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and wood-style vinyl flooring. The community includes a club lounge, fitness center, and two-story sky lounge with views of the Indian River Lagoon.

The development also has resort-style amenities, including a pool deck with an outdoor kitchen, a courtyard with a fire pit and dog park, and a central green space. Located near Palm Bay Marina, Fred Poppe Regional Park, and Lazy Turtle Grill, the project is designed to serve both residents and visitors. Woodfield has not disclosed how many units are currently leased, but the project is already drawing interest from prospective tenants. The company has not announced plans for future developments in the area, though Abramson emphasized Palm Bay’s role in Woodfield’s long-term strategy.

Tides at Palm Bay’s commercial space is available for retail and service businesses. The project’s completion comes as Palm Bay continues to attract new residents and businesses, driven in part by the region’s aerospace and technology industries. Local officials have noted the city’s infrastructure improvements and quality of life as key factors in its growth.
