Construction on the Westin Cocoa Beach Resort & Spa has reached a significant milestone, according to project officials. The resort, which will be located on the northern end of Cocoa Beach’s iconic shoreline, is now in its third phase of development. This comes as workers continue to build the resort’s main structures, which will include 300 guest rooms, a full-service spa, and multiple dining venues. The project is expected to be completed by early 2027.
The resort’s location on the beachfront has already drawn attention from tourists and locals. Developers say the property will offer direct access to the Atlantic Ocean, with planned amenities including a private beach, outdoor pool, and fitness center. The Westin brand is known for its focus on wellness, and the Cocoa Beach location will include a dedicated wellness area with yoga classes and meditation sessions.

The resort is expected to create over 500 jobs during construction and approximately 200 permanent positions once it opens.
