For the third year in a row, a rainbow of colors flowed from the Melbourne Causeway during Light Up Melbourne with Pride. The event took place on Sunday, Sept. 20, 2026, and was organized by Vance Ahrens in conjunction with the Space Coast Progress Hub. The event occurred despite a 2024 Florida law that banned lighting public structures with any colors other than red, white, and blue in the name of freedom.
