Its final day of operation comes after two years of serving Italian and Mediterranean-inspired tapas and a self-serve wine selection. The owners wrote on social media that the decision was 'bittersweet' but necessary. 'What started as a fun idea for a new business after retirement, quickly turned into something so much more than we ever imagined,' they said. The post thanked staff, guests, and community partners for their support. Guests are encouraged to visit before the closing date to enjoy the tapas and wine selection. The wine bar was known for its rooftop views and automated dispensing machines, which offered more than 100 wines available by the ounce, half-glass, or full-glass. The venue also featured charcuterie boards, flatbreads, and other small plates. The Abbruscato family said they will host final celebrations in the coming weeks. The closure leaves a gap in Viera's dining scene, where the wine bar had become a popular spot for locals and visitors. The self-serve model allowed guests to explore a wide range of wines without relying on staff recommendations.
