Topgolf is expanding its Viera driving range project by 20%, increasing the facility size to 35,000 square feet. The updated plans, filed with Brevard County this month, show a larger structure than the original 29,000-square-foot design from November 2024. The facility will be built west of The Avenue shopping center on Lake Andrew Drive, near Interstate 95 and the AMC theater. Developers also added 270 parking spaces and a roundabout to connect Bromley Drive to the parking lot.

The original permit application included a two-story building with 234 parking spots and 64 hitting bays. The new plan expands the footprint to accommodate more visitors, with Topgolf officials estimating the site will serve 200,000 customers annually. The project is part of a growing entertainment corridor in Viera, adjacent to Dave & Buster’s, which is also developing a 26,000-square-foot venue nearby on Napolo Drive.

The $28 million facility is expected to create 200 permanent jobs and 150 construction positions during development. Permit documents highlight changes since the initial proposal, including the expanded size and traffic adjustments. Topgolf has not announced an opening date as of March 31, 2026.

The site is located east of The Avenue’s AMC theater and west of I-95, abutting Bromley Drive. The expansion reflects growing demand for entertainment and sports facilities in Brevard County. No other details about the project’s timeline or features have been released publicly.
