Construction has begun on the NASA Causeway Logistics Center, a 306,980-square-foot industrial project in Titusville, Florida. The development by Stotan Industrial and CrossHarbor Capital Partners will include two buildings on a 28.6-acre site within Vector Space Business Park. The project is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2027.
The site is located immediately next to the NASA Causeway and about five miles from Kennedy Space Center. Building A will span 215,460 square feet, while Building B will cover 91,520 square feet. Both buildings will have 32-foot clear heights, up to 85 dock-high doors, four drive-in doors, and more than 300 auto parking spaces.
Lightle Beckner Robison provided advisory services for Stotan on the land acquisition. The development includes 55 trailer parking spaces and is designed to meet the needs of logistics and manufacturing companies. The project’s proximity to major transportation routes and the space industry could make it a hub for regional commerce.
The NASA Causeway Logistics Center is part of a growing trend of industrial development along Florida’s Space Coast. Brevard County has seen increased investment in recent years, driven by NASA’s presence and the expanding aerospace sector. The project is expected to create jobs and boost local economic activity when it opens in 2027.
