SpaceX plans to launch its Falcon 9 rocket’s first stage booster, B1067, on a historic 35th flight from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station’s Space Launch Complex 40 on Monday, Aug. 26. The mission, Starlink 10-35, will deploy 29 broadband internet satellites to low Earth orbit, adding to the constellation’s current fleet of over 10,500 spacecraft. Liftoff is scheduled between 6:07 a.m. and 7:37 a.m. EDT, with a north-easterly trajectory expected. The launch will be streamed live by Spaceflight Now starting one hour before liftoff.

Booster B1067, which previously flew 30 times by August 2025, is a key part of SpaceX’s effort to prove its rockets can be reused up to 40 times. As of June 7, seven Falcon 9 boosters had flown more than 10 times each, according to SpaceX data. This mission marks another step toward making reusable rocketry the industry standard, reducing costs for future launches.

The 45th Weather Squadron predicts a 90% chance of favorable conditions at the start of the launch window, but this drops to 75% as the morning progresses. Thick clouds in the Cape area could pose challenges, though high pressure and dry air are expected to keep conditions stable through the weekend. Weather officers noted a shift in the upper-level air pattern early in the week could bring moisture and cloud layers, increasing the risk of delays.

SpaceX’s reuse of boosters has become a cornerstone of its operations, with B1067’s 35th flight setting a new benchmark. The Starlink mission will enhance global broadband coverage, supporting SpaceX’s goal to provide internet access to underserved regions. The company’s success in reusing hardware has already cut costs and increased launch frequency, a model other space firms are now trying to replicate.
