A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket will launch 29 Starlink satellites into low-Earth orbit from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station on Sunday, July 5. The launch window is between 6:36 a.m. and 10:36 a.m. ET, with the rocket’s trajectory heading northeast. The mission, known as Starlink 10-50, will take place at Launch Complex 40, a site managed by the U.S. Space Force. No sonic booms are expected during the flight.
The launch could be visible from areas beyond the Space Coast, including Jacksonville Beach and West Palm Beach, depending on weather conditions and cloud cover. Clear skies during the early morning hours may offer opportunities for unique photos, as the rocket’s contrail will light up the dark sky.
