The waterfront bar will offer views of the surrounding area, while the food vendor park will showcase a selection of local and regional eateries. The live entertainment venue is designed to host events ranging from music performances to community meetings. The project is part of ongoing efforts to expand Viera Town Center’s offerings.
Todd, representing Rogue Wave Hospitality Group, emphasized the focus on creating a destination that serves both daily needs and special occasions. The Viera Company has not yet released details about pricing or rental options for the space. The venue is expected to open in June, pending final approvals.
