The FHSAA baseball tournament brackets were released Monday, and seven Brevard County teams qualified for the state tournament. First-round regional playoffs begin Friday, April 24, for Classes 4A-7A, and Saturday, April 25, for Classes 1A-3A. Regional semifinals for all classes will be May 1–2, and regional finals May 8–9. State finals will be held May 13–16 and May 18–20 at Hammond Stadium in Fort Myers. This year’s format differs from 2025, with only regional semifinals and finals using a best-of-3 structure. Game 1 will be Friday, with Games 2 and 3, if needed, as a doubleheader Saturday. The higher seed hosts all three games in those rounds.
In Class 2A, Cocoa Beach (No. 4 seed in Region 2) will host No. 5 Lake Highland Prep. In Class 3A, No. 8 Titusville will visit No. 1 North Marion in Region 2. Class 4A matchups include No. 1 Merritt Island hosting No. 8 Jensen Beach in Region 4, while No. 5 Eau Gallie faces No. 4 American Heritage (Plantation) and No. 7 Satellite plays No. 2 Key West. In Class 6A, Region 2, No. 3 Melbourne will host No. 6 Horizon (Winter Garden) and No. 4 Viera will travel to No. 5 Martin County. Though Viera is the higher seed, Martin County won its district and will host.
