Summer camp season is over, but Brevard Public Schools' calendar is full of days when school is out and work is not — teacher workdays, fall holidays, and the long winter break. A surprising number of local organizations run single-day and break-week camps for exactly those days.
Important: break-camp dates track the school calendar and are usually posted a few weeks ahead. Dates, ages, and pricing change — always confirm on the organizer's page before planning around one. Prices below are as listed in local directories at the time of writing.

Learning Forward Education Center (Melbourne) — STREAM-focused day camps for 1st–8th grade, 8:30 AM–3:30 PM.
Coastal Elite Kids Day Camp (Merritt Island) — ages 4–14, long hours (8:30 AM–5:30 PM) that work for full workdays, listed around $40/day.

Most of these operators run expanded programs over winter break (late December) and spring break (March), but 2027 dates are not announced yet — organizers typically post them a few weeks to a couple of months ahead.
