Carolina Rojas has been named Chief Operating Officer of the Greater Palm Bay Chamber of Commerce, effective February 26, 2026. In her role, Rojas will manage the Chamber’s internal operations, financial systems, and daily execution, according to a press release from the organization. 'Carolina brings strong organizational leadership and operational expertise that will help us scale our impact,' said Cory Skeates, President & CEO of the Chamber. 'We want to serve, advocate, and promote our business community at the highest level.'
Rojas joins the Chamber during a period of expansion. The organization also announced two other leadership appointments: Cindy Hunt named Director of Strategic Partnerships & Investor Relations, and Tom Graver as Director of Community & Partner Relations. Hunt will lead efforts related to Trustees, sponsorships, and the Space Coast Alliance for Technology & Innovation (SCATI), a program aimed at connecting investors and innovators. Graver will focus on member engagement, community outreach, and event coordination.
Skeates emphasized that the new roles reflect the Chamber’s commitment to strengthening operations and partnerships. 'These positions give us the structure and talent needed to support economic growth,' he said. The Chamber is also currently interviewing candidates for two additional leadership roles, signaling continued investment in its mission.
Rojas’s appointment follows a year of growth for the Chamber, which has seen increased collaboration with local businesses and government entities. Her background in nonprofit management and corporate strategy was highlighted in the announcement. The Chamber’s headquarters is located in Palm Bay, but its influence spans Brevard County, including the Kennedy Space Center area.
