The drive-through inspection will be conducted in partnership with Safe Kids Florida. Certified Child Passenger Safety Technicians will check car seat installations and answer questions about proper fitting. Appointments are required for the event, which is limited to one family per session.
Participants must register through the City of Palm Coast’s event page. The fire department said the event is open to parents, grandparents, and caregivers who want to ensure their child’s car seat is installed safely. Vehicles will be directed to the rear of Fire Station 25, enter through the apparatus bay, and exit onto Belle Terre Parkway heading north. Each family will receive one-on-one assistance during the inspection.
