Lakeside Social at Town Center Park in Viera will open in early June 2026 as a new dining and entertainment hub. The project is a partnership between The Viera Company and Rogue Wave Hospitality Group, led by Daniel Todd who owns local spots like 4th Street Fillin Station and The Alibi Cocktails & Bites. The venue will feature a waterfront bar, food vendor park, and satellite bars to handle crowds during peak hours.
The space will operate from morning to night, offering casual dining during the day and live music and nightlife in the evening. Todd said the goal is to create a place that feels like a backyard on the water. Programming will include live music, school performances, and community events year-round.
Lakeside Social will focus on open-access experiences rather than ticketed events. A central bar and a boathouse-style bar overlooking the water will anchor the venue. The food vendor lineup is nearly complete but still has a few spots available.
