Sirocco Station, a new fast-casual concept from Sirocco Mediterranean Restaurant & Lounge, will open in Viera this fall at The Avenue Viera. The restaurant will occupy the former Olive Tree Greek Grill space at 2270 Town Center Ave., Suite 113. The menu will focus on Lebanese-style shawarma, bowls, salads, and traditional mezza like hummus and falafel. The company announced the plans in April 2026, with an expected opening in about six months.

Sirocco Mediterranean currently operates locations in Dania Beach and Pembroke Pines. The new concept aims to bring "authentic Lebanese and Mediterranean flavors" to a faster, more accessible format, according to a representative. The menu will emphasize quality, speed, and consistency, with family-friendly options including flame-grilled kabobs and shawarma. This will be the company’s first fast-casual location, with potential for future expansion.

The Avenue Viera is an open-air shopping and dining complex in the center of Viera, just off Interstate 95 at Lake Andrew Boulevard and Wickham Road. It already includes over 80 retailers and restaurants, such as Trader Joe’s, Nordstrom Rack, and AMC Theatres. The new restaurant will join other eateries in the area, adding to the mix of national and local food options.

The restaurant is expected to open in late 2026, though no exact date has been set. Sirocco Station will be the first fast-casual concept from the company, which has previously focused on full-service dining. The space previously housed Olive Tree Greek Grill, which closed in early 2026. No details about the timeline for construction or hiring have been released yet.
