Crêpe O’Clock now serves French-style savory crêpes at 625 E New Haven Ave in downtown Melbourne. The eatery opened in late March 2024, adding a new option to the area’s food scene. Located near the Melbourne Square shopping center, the spot is open for lunch and dinner daily. The menu features crêpes filled with ingredients like ham, cheese, and spinach, a departure from the sweet versions commonly found in the U.S. Owner Marie Dubois said the restaurant aims to bring authentic French flavors to the Space Coast. Dubois, who previously worked in Parisian bistros, trained in Lyon before moving to Brevard County. The restaurant’s small kitchen prepares each crêpe on a griddle, with diners able to watch the process from a counter. Patrons have praised the crispy batter and fresh fillings, with one customer calling it ‘the best crêpe I’ve had outside of France.’ The spot joins other downtown eateries like The Pizza Box and The Melbourenian, offering another casual dining choice in the revitalized area. Crêpe O’Clock plans to expand its menu seasonally, with plans to add dessert options in the fall. The restaurant is open Monday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
