A new food hall and entertainment venue has opened in Viera, bringing a mix of dining, drinks, and live music to the area. Located at 1234 Space Coast Drive, the facility is now welcoming guests seeking a combination of casual eats and evening entertainment. The venue spans 20,000 square feet and includes seven food vendors, three full-service bars, and a 500-capacity performance space. It is the first of its kind in the Viera area, according to the owner, John Martinez. The food hall includes options ranging from gourmet burgers to vegan bowls, with prices starting at $8 for entrees. Among the vendors is a local favorite, The Grilled Cheese Company, which has operated in the area for over a decade. Bar menus feature craft cocktails and a selection of local beers on tap. Live music is scheduled four nights a week, with performances starting at 7 p.m. The venue has already hosted local bands such as The Space Coast Strings and The Rocket Scientists. Martinez said the goal was to create a space that feels like a neighborhood hub. The building previously housed a retail store that closed in 2022. Construction began in early 2023, with permits filed in March. The project received support from the Viera Village Council, which approved the use of the site for mixed-use development. The venue is open daily from 11 a.m. to midnight. Parking is available in a lot adjacent to the building, with additional spaces being added this month. Martinez said the team is working on securing more food vendors and expanding the event space for future concerts and festivals.
