Traditional inspections often involve invasive methods, but Arizona’s nose can locate the problem in minutes. The Guenther team says this saves homeowners time and money by avoiding unnecessary repairs. The dog’s training focuses on detecting the scent of active mold, which can be invisible to the naked eye but harmful to health.
