A massive team effort by Brevard County firefighters and the US Forest Service has brought a 20-acre brush fire in Mims under control. The fire, which broke out in a rural area, was fueled by strong winds and dry conditions. Thanks to the swift response and collaborative efforts of local first responders, the fire was contained and residents in the surrounding area are safe.
