The buyers, identified as John Martinez and Laura Chen, have not disclosed their plans for the site but have expressed interest in redeveloping the space. Martinez, a local real estate developer with over a decade of experience in the area, said the acquisition is part of a broader strategy to invest in Brevard's growing retail market. The property, which has been vacant since 2021, includes 12 tenant spaces and a 10,000-square-foot parking lot.
