Prices for the casitas start at $1,500 per month, according to a spokesperson for Stellar Communities. The homes are equipped with modern amenities such as energy-efficient appliances and smart home technology.
The project is situated near major highways, including State Road 520 and U.S. Highway 1, providing easy access to nearby cities like Melbourne and Titusville. Developers say the location was chosen for its proximity to employment centers, schools, and the Kennedy Space Center. The community also includes planned retail spaces and parks.
