Collins, who played for the New England Patriots and Cleveland Browns during his 11-year career, is now joining UNC’s football program as a defensive analyst under head coach Mack Brown.

A spokesperson noted that the home has received significant interest from out-of-state buyers, though no offers have been made public. The sale comes as Collins prepares to relocate to Chapel Hill, North Carolina, where he will work alongside former Patriots coach Bill Belichick.
Neighbors describe Collins as a low-key resident who often walked his dogs along the beach. The home’s sale has sparked discussion in the local real estate market, with some noting the price point is 25% above the area’s average for similar properties.
