The event aims to connect job seekers with open positions in automotive and service industries. The company said the fair reflects its focus on growth and community ties.
Positions available include sales associates, service BDC associates, service advisors, entry-level technicians, certified technicians, car washers, and helpers at the Little Grass Shack restaurant on-site. The dealership said applicants with varying experience levels are encouraged to attend. No prior automotive industry experience is required for some roles.
The job fair is part of Erdman Automotive’s efforts to expand its workforce as the dealership grows. The company has operated in Brevard County for over 30 years and previously held similar events in 2024 and 2025. Last year’s fair filled 12 roles, according to internal records.
The event will take place at the dealership’s main showroom, which opened in 2022. Free parking is available on-site, and refreshments will be provided. Interested candidates are asked to arrive by 1:30 p.m. to ensure time for interviews. The dealership said it plans to announce hiring decisions within two weeks of the event.
