Eastern Florida State College sophomore infielder Bryce Jackson has been named the Florida College System Activities Association (FCSAA) Division I Player of the Week. The honor comes after Jackson helped lead the Titans to a crucial series win against Hillsborough Community College, where the team took two of three games. Jackson finished the week hitting 6-for-14 at the plate, scoring nine runs and driving in seven.
Through 23 games this season, Jackson is batting .316 with two home runs and 26 runs batted in. He has also scored 24 runs and stolen six bases, showing his impact both offensively and on the basepaths. His performance in the series against Hillsborough was highlighted by his ability to deliver in key moments, including a game-winning RBI in the third game of the series.
The Titans’ infielder earned the weekly honor on Tuesday, marking the first time a player from Eastern Florida State has received the award this season. Coach John Martinez praised Jackson’s consistency, saying, “He’s been a cornerstone of our lineup. His approach at the plate and his speed on the bases have been critical.”

The sophomore, who hails from Melbourne, Florida, has been a key player for the Titans as they aim for a strong finish in the FCSAA Division I standings.
