The Eastern Florida State College baseball team lost both games in a Citrus Conference doubleheader at Daytona State College on April 12. The Titans fell 4-3 in the first game and 8-7 in 10 innings in the second. The losses extend EFSC's conference record to 9-18 this season.

In the first game, EFSC took a 1-0 lead in the top of the second inning when Ray Yero walked and scored on Ethan Askin's RBI single. Daytona State College tied the game in the bottom of the second. The Falcons took a 3-2 lead in the fourth inning, but EFSC's Jake Richardson tied the game again with a home run in the fifth.

The second game saw EFSC rally from a 3-0 deficit in the bottom of the seventh inning. The Titans scored four runs in the frame, including a two-run double by Askin. The game went to 10 innings, with Daytona State College scoring the winning run in the top of the 10th.

EFSC's starting pitcher in Game 1, Taylor Smith, allowed four earned runs on six hits over five innings. In Game 2, reliever Jordan Lee pitched three innings of scoreless relief. The Titans are 16-27 overall this season.
