Crydermans Barbeque at 401 Florida Ave. in Cocoa is serving a limited-time All-American Smoked Brisket Burger during its Spring Break promotion. The burger features the restaurant’s signature slow-smoked brisket, cooked using oak-fired offset smokers. The menu item is available through March 30, 2026, as part of the restaurant’s seasonal celebration.

The promotion runs from Friday, March 26, to Sunday, March 28, and includes brisket burnt ends as a special offering. The burnt ends, a fan favorite, are known for their caramelized exterior and smoky flavor. Crydermans has been a staple on the Space Coast since opening, drawing locals and visitors with its Central Texas–style barbecue.

The restaurant uses traditional wood-fired cooking methods, focusing on low-and-slow smoking to highlight the natural flavors of the meat. Patrons can expect no added sauces or seasonings that overpower the brisket’s taste. The Spring Break menu aims to cater to the influx of travelers visiting Brevard County during the holiday.

Crydermans has built a reputation for its consistent quality and approachable prices. The All-American Smoked Brisket Burger is priced at $12.99, with brisket burnt ends available for $8.99 per half-pound. The restaurant plans to extend the promotion if demand remains high.

Owner John Cryderman said the team wanted to create a dish that reflects the restaurant’s commitment to traditional barbecue. ‘We’re not trying to reinvent the wheel,’ he said. ‘Just serve great meat and let people enjoy it.’ The restaurant remains open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
