The Prime Brisket Burger and Chopped Brisket Sandwich are available through March 1 at the restaurant’s locations in Cocoa and Melbourne. The restaurant, located at 401 Florida Ave. in Cocoa Village, has been a local staple since opening in 2017. Co-owners Brian and Lisa Cryderman emphasize using traditional smoking methods and locally sourced ingredients.
