Dirty Noodz Ramen & Sake Bar on Cocoa Beach's South Atlantic Avenue has released the recipe for its signature 'Pink Noise' cocktail, a vibrant pink drink that has become a customer favorite. The restaurant, owned by Daniel Todd, serves ramen, bao buns, and other Asian street foods alongside cocktails like the 'Pink Noise.' Bar manager Tori Mitchell demonstrated how to make the drink for Florida Today, describing it as a balance of sweet and tart flavors that stands out on any table.
The 'Pink Noise' requires Altos Blanco Tequila, guava juice with citric acid, Choya Yuzu Liqueur, agave syrup, and a garnish of dehydrated lime. The cocktail shaker method involves filling a glass with ice, adding the ingredients, shaking until chilled, and then pouring into a rocks glass rimmed with plum salt. Substituting lemon juice for citric acid is an option for those without the specific ingredient. The recipe is designed to be simple enough for home bartenders to replicate.
Dirty Noodz opened in 2023 and has since become a local staple for its fast-casual service and late-night hours. The menu includes ramen bowls, dumplings, and fried rice, while the bar program features sake, imported beers, and non-alcoholic drinks. The restaurant's location at 26 S. Atlantic Ave. puts it near the beach, drawing both residents and tourists.
Todd, who also owns other restaurants in Brevard County, said the 'Pink Noise' was created to match the energy of the space. 'It’s a drink that feels playful but still has depth,' he said. The cocktail’s popularity has led to requests for the recipe, which the restaurant now shares on its website and social media. Patrons can try it at the bar or make it themselves with the provided instructions.
