The restaurant opens daily from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., serving breakfast, brunch and lunch. Its menu highlights classic dishes like pancakes, waffles and benedicts, alongside lunch options such as burgers and a veggie reuben. Signature mimosas, including zero-proof bubbly, are a standout feature. Across the county, Honey Pineapple opened at 1550 State Road A1A in Satellite Beach. The restaurant, operated by the team behind La Crepe de France, serves breakfast and lunch with a home-style twist. Menu items include shrimp and grits, omelets, and a honey-pineapple burger. The space, formerly the Seaside Florida Grill, has been fully renovated. Both new restaurants have drawn attention from locals seeking fresh dining options. The closure of Niki’s Restaurant, which had been a fixture in Melbourne for years, prompted mixed reactions from community members. While some lamented the loss, others welcomed the changes as a sign of the area’s evolving food scene.
