Bail Bonds Now has expanded its presence in Brevard County by adding licensed local agents in multiple municipalities. The company now operates with agents in areas including Melbourne, Palm Bay, and Titusville, according to spokesperson Jamie Collins. This move follows a request from local law enforcement to improve access to bail services for residents. Collins said the expansion aims to reduce wait times for bail processing and provide more options for families navigating the legal system. "We heard from community members and officers that having agents in different parts of the county makes a difference," Collins said. The company previously had agents only in the northern part of the county. Bail Bonds Now has hired three new agents in the past month, all of whom are licensed by the Florida Department of Financial Services. The expansion comes as Brevard County’s population grows, with the latest census data showing a 12% increase in residents since 2020. Local attorney Maria Lopez noted that the added coverage could help reduce delays in court cases. "When families can access bail services quickly, it reduces stress and helps people get back on their feet," Lopez said. The company plans to evaluate its reach in the next six months and may add agents in other areas if demand increases. Bail Bonds Now has been operating in Florida for over 15 years and has offices in five other counties. The expansion in Brevard County is part of a broader strategy to align with local needs, Collins said. "We’re here to support the community, not just meet legal requirements," she added.
