A joint venture between CBL Properties and The Benchmark Group sold Hammock Landing, a 750,000-square-foot power center in West Melbourne, for $78.5 million. The sale closed June 10, 2026, according to Florida Investment Sales News. The property is located on the Space Coast, a region known for its mix of retail, technology, and aerospace industries.

Hammock Landing features major tenants including Marshalls, HomeGoods, Ross Dress for Less, Academy Sports, Petco, Buffalo Wild Wings, AT&T, Ulta Beauty, and SunTrust Bank. Target and Kohls serve as shadow anchors. The center was developed in two phases: the first opened in 2009, and the second in 2014. The property has remained a key retail hub in the area despite shifting consumer habits.

Atlantic Capital Partners represented the seller in the transaction. The brokerage team included Justin Smith, Sam Koonce, Dean Sands, Chris Peterson, Fred Victor, and Matt Ericson. The buyer was not disclosed in the announcement. The sale price works out to about $105 per square foot, a rate typical for power centers in the region.

The deal comes as retail property owners across Brevard County adjust to changing demand patterns. Hammock Landing’s location near major highways and its mix of national chains and service providers have helped it maintain occupancy rates above 90% since its opening. The property’s owners said in a previous statement that the center has consistently attracted a diverse range of tenants.
