Adam America Real Estate and Stellar Communities have delivered the first homes at Havens at Palm Bay Reserve, a new build-to-rent community in Palm Bay, Florida. The project includes 266 single-story casitas, with leasing now open for one-, two-, and three-bedroom units ranging from 800 to 1,270 square feet. Base rents start at $1,950 per month. The remaining homes are expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2027.
Each residence features 10- to 12-foot ceilings, private yards, and spacious floor plans. The designs aim to blend the comfort of single-family homes with the convenience of a professionally managed community. The development includes a man-made lake offering lakefront views for some units, along with energy-efficient appliances and water-saving fixtures.
David Brickman, CEO of Adam America Real Estate, said the project aims to provide a low-maintenance lifestyle. He emphasized the mix of modern design and sustainability, noting that materials used are environmentally friendly. The community also includes a resort-style pool with a BBQ pavilion and a fully equipped fitness center.
Residents will have access to amenities that support an active lifestyle. The project is positioned as a new standard for luxury rental living in Florida, combining contemporary design with eco-conscious construction. The first homes were delivered this month, with the remainder on track for completion by mid-2027.
