- Trout fishing continues to be very good with many larger over 20 inch fish being caught in the Mosquito Lagoon mostly using pigfish.
- Snook are biting heavily with menhaden and mullet being the two top baits they have preferred for the last few weeks.
- Beach fishing has schools of greenies but no mullet reported.
- September and October hold the combination title with the peak of the mullet run along the Space Coast.
- Snook and tarpon are attacking the mullet run.
- Pompano may appear on northern beaches.
