Each has released campaign platforms emphasizing different priorities, from education funding to coastal preservation. Early voting in Brevard County begins April 5, with Election Day set for November 8.
Separately, several candidates are running for state legislative seats. Mindy Gibson seeks a seat in the Florida House, while Herman, Hodgers, Matt Woodside, and Mark Lightner are also vying for House positions. Robyn Hattaway is running for House District 31. No candidates have yet declared for the county commissioner seats in the districts represented by current commissioners.
